JI announces support for PTI in NA-122 by-poll

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has on Sunday announced support for Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Aleem Khan in NA-122 by-election.PTI once again contacted JI leadership and in this regard a delegation led by Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar went to Mansoora to have talks with JI leaders.The talks were succsessful after which JI head assured Sarwar of support.It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was also trying to get support of JI.JI had conditioned by-poll support to cooperation in local bodies election.
